• The course provides a 100% placement guarantee to all eligible participants of the program.
• We will offer a minimum of unlimited interviews for each student during or at the end of the course. With each failed interview, our team will provide guidance to help students perform better in the next round.
• If a student is not eligible for placement but wishes to attend the course, they must sign an agreement prior to enrollment. Assistance with placement may be provided at our discretion but cannot be guaranteed in such cases.
• Students are expected to participate seriously in all virtual classes and project work. To become eligible for placement drives, students must successfully complete all assignments, projects, and exams.
• Each student must complete the entire program and submit all assignments and projects by the stated deadlines to qualify for placement. We will conduct one-on-one virtual interviews for every participant to assess their readiness. There will be viva sessions during exams to further evaluate knowledge. A minimum score of 70% in all exams is required to participate in placement drives.
• Placement drives will include both virtual and telephonic interviews for eligible students. Students must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% and must clear all exams with an aggregate score of at least 60%. Students who do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for placement assistance.
• Attendance at placement drives is mandatory from the sixth month onward. Selected candidates may be asked to join immediately based on company requirements.
• The average salary range for placements will be from ₹2.5 lakhs CTC to ₹8 lakhs CTC, depending on the payroll policies of the core companies. Students who excel or have prior experience may be offered higher salaries based on their interview performance.

This is an online post-graduation program with 1 week of Industrial visit at our Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Set up at Jatani Odisha. The first 6 months of sessions will be live by experts and after live sessions, recorded sessions will be shared with the students.
After 6 months students will be assigned with 4 live projects which will be considered as Internship cum projects. Students must finish the 4 projects in 4 months of time and after completion of projects they will get certificates. However, if a student gets placement before 4 months or leaves the program due to some reason, he/ she will receive a project or internship certificate of the months he has worked.
